If you read
our Tale of Two Cities page,
you know that we think that the City of Cleveland should
invest more in Shaker Square.
The above
pictures show a recent Cleveland investment in the
Square.
What is
it?
The sign
warns of an "Automatic Traffic Enforcement System" but most
of us call it "the traffic camera". If you are
driving west (to downtown) on Shaker Boulveard this camera
will photograph your license plate if you are speeding or
going through the red light at the Rapid Transit station.
Very expensive. So be
careful. Don't speed. Don't "run" that light.
By the
way, there's another traffic camera on Shaker Boulevard
eastbound, at East 116th Street.
Cleveland's website has a complete list of these cameras.
