Shaker Square had an office for the Democratic party candidate for President in 2000 and 2004. This year is no exception. In late July the Obama for President office moved into its rented space in the southwest quadrant. It's a great location: handy for public transportation, good parking, a diverse neighborhood and. for hungry and thirsty campaign workers, hamburgers, pizzas, coffee and much more.
