The RTA #821 University Circle/Heights Area Circulator is a bus that travels a 6.4 mile route and connects Shaker Square, Cedar-Fairmount, University Circle, Little Italy, and Coventry.  It also serves the Rapid stations at Shaker Square and University Circle.

Buses run every 40 minutes in either direction. Bus stops at all RTA bus stops along route. Riders can also flag down the bus at any point along the route.

Monday-Thursday  7 am - 7 pm   Friday  7 am - 11 pm   Saturday  9 am - 11 pm

Fare: $.75 One Way/ $3.00 All Day Pass.
